SERVPRO carpet cleaning

6/27/2017 (Permalink)

If you have carpets that are affected by stains or dirt, SERVPRO has multiple cleaning methods that depends on how soiled the carpets are.

The first and lightest cleaning method is Bonnet cleaning. The advantage of having your carpet cleaned like this is that it is the least aggressive method and drying time is the fastest of all the methods.

The second and most common type of carpet cleaning is hot water extraction. With either a truck mount or portable extractor, the unit applies a cleaning solution with hot water while vacuuming the carpet. The advantage of having this method is that it is a deeper cleaning method for all carpets and helps promote longer carpet life.

The third is the precondition and rinse. The process is spraying soil emulsifier on the carpet and using an extraction unit to remove it after fifteen minutes. The advantages of having this type is that it helps restore carpet piles and removes deeply soiled areas.

And the final cleaning method is premier cleaning. This is a two step process that starts with us shampooing the carpet thoroughly and with us rinsing and extracting the entire carpet for a deep clean. The advantages of having this clean is that it is the most effective on restoring carpet after a fire.

If you have carpets that have been damaged, call SERVPRO of Bear Creek at (281) 463-9800 for a professional clean.
